Products / services purchased from (service website of Industrial Infotech) may be refunded only if canceled within 7 days of the date of the transaction stating the reason on email to be sent to

Note : Due to their nature, cryptocurrencies, tokens and digital assets are generally irreversible and their exchange rates are highly volatile and transitory. We can not be responsible for any risk including but not limited to exchange rate risk and market risk. Products / services purchased using cryptocurrencies, tokens or digital assets will not be refunded.

Date of the transaction,” for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any product or service, which includes the date any renewal is processed by Industrial Infotech in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement (Terms of Use). You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if cancellation is requested within the refund timeframe specified for the applicable product, if available at all. Note: Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please note see refund is only applicable to Hosting (all plans, except first payment after Free Trial), Domain Registration and Domain Transfer Only. Refund not available for products / services like SSL Certificates, Daily Backups, Business Email, Enterprise Email, Google Workspace Email, Redemption Fees, Domain Name Renewals, Privacy Protection and SEO Toolkit.


Most of products are of type services where you access and use what has been offered for you remotely such as Windows Remote Desk Services, SSH, Web Application Access and the like. You have no right to physically access the hardware or the hosting infrastructure that are offered to you unless you are colocation customer or a prior arrangement and approval has been taken from Industrial Infotech representatives.

Industrial Infotech grants you, as of the Effective Date, the right to operate, install, remove, replace and maintain a specific physical server hardware located in one of Industrial Infotech’s or its partners’ datacenters as described in the Service Order. You must install the hardware in the space identified on the service order and reserved for its usage. You will be responsible for the delivery of the Equipment. You represent and warrant that it either owns all Equipment or has all necessary rights to locate the Equipment in the Premises. During the Term of the Agreement, You will immediately notify Industrial Infotech of any space, power or other requirements associated with the installation or operation of the Equipment. Industrial Infotech will have no duty to monitor, maintain or care for the Equipment unless it is stated explicitly in the agreement. Upon termination or expiration of the Term of the Agreement, unless prohibited by Industrial Infotech as permitted by the Agreement, You will remove the Equipment from the Premises. Unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing, in the event the Equipment has not been removed within 3 days following the termination or expiration, Industrial Infotech will have the right to remove, relocate, or otherwise store the Equipment at our expense without liability to You.
